JOB DESCRIPTION :
Nature of Work:
The available positions span across diverse departments including Engine Assembly, Machine Shop, Press Shop, Stores, and Quality Assurance.
Mode of Engagement:
Successful candidates will be enrolled in the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS), providing them with hands-on experience and training under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
Education Qualification:
Candidates must hold either an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate or a Diploma in relevant disciplines.
Gender:
Applications are open to male candidates.
Year of Passed Out:
Candidates who have completed their education between 2019 and 2024 are eligible to apply.
Stipend:
ITI holders will receive a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- while Diploma holders will receive Rs. 16,000/- per month.
Over Time (OT):
Additional compensation is provided for overtime work at a rate of Rs. 2/- per day.
Food & Transport:
Single meal allowances (lunch/dinner) will be provided during shifts. Transport arrangements are not applicable.
Number of Shifts:
The operations run on a 24/7 basis with three shifts per day.
Shift Timings:
Morning Shift: 6:30 am - 4:30 pm
Afternoon Shift: 4:30 pm - 1:30 am
