TopHire's co-founders, Sameer Parwani, previously the founder of CouponDunia, and Siddharth Gopi, former product manager at Crowdfire, bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the platform. Their vision is to create a seamless hiring experience for both companies and job seekers alike.
Currently, TopHire is expanding its Marketplace Growth team and is on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join them. As part of this team, your role would involve reaching out to potential job seekers, guiding them through the platform's sign-up process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Your success will be measured by the rate at which candidates onboard and complete their profiles under your guidance.
While prior experience in tele-calling or cold calling is advantageous, it is not mandatory. TopHire welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds, including those with BPO experience looking for a change and individuals with non-BPO telecalling experience. The location for this role is permanently remote, offering the flexibility of working from home. The work timings are structured as a day shift of 9 hours, including a 1-hour break, with a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday.
