JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Priority is given to new candidates with less than 1 year of experience to apply. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
- Fresh graduate with less than 1 year of software testing experience
- Knowledge of software quality assurance methods, tools and processes
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methods
- Experience in writing clear, concise and complete test plans and test cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and passion ensure quality
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task effectively. Perform manual and automated testing of software applications and systems to ensure high quality deliverables.
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases
- Execute test cases, track defects and document test results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and new testing tools/techniques
- Participate in code and design reviews to provide feedback from a testing perspective
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methods
