JOB DESCRIPTION :
Provide direct, responsive technical support to SHL customers experiencing technical problems with their SHL systems or services, resolving issues on first contact whenever possible.
Provide direct, responsive technical support to candidates who encounter technical issues while attempting to complete the SHL Talent Measurement Assessment, resolving issues on first contact whenever possible maybe.
Consistently provide a high level of customer service and present a consistent “face of SHL” to candidates globally.
Main responsibility:
•Provide effective technical support in relation to email, chat and occasional incoming calls in accordance with department SLA and agreed quality standards – to provide optimal service to candidates .
• Responsible for initial research and investigation before escalating unresolved issues to regional service teams using internal ticket system and tracking progress through resolution, reporting for the line manager or team leader to be informed.
•Maintain contact with clients and candidates throughout the investigation and resolution of technical issues.
• Responsible for timely CRM updates, ensuring accurate and detailed notes for each contact along with reference number issues for each contact. •Support SHL Technology team in online product testing
• Make social calls to candidates as requested.
•Maintain system knowledge through ongoing training and development. •Provide UAT testing if necessary
• Generate ideas to improve processes within GCSC
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or team leader.
•Experience in maintaining customer and vendor integration and understanding of the various technologies available.
- Excellent writing and communication experience
•Know how to work under pressure and achieve results
•Know how to work to achieve agreed goals
•Support SHL Technology team in online product testing
• Good technical know-how and know how to troubleshoot software problems on PCs, laptops and mobile phones
• Good knowledge of Windows operating system and proficient in Word, Excel and Internet-related issues.
• Must be willing to work shifts 24/7.
