JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • The human resources department manages a range of different functions within an organization, such as recruitment and hiring, training and development, compensation, benefits development and monitoring, and promoting career growth. employee career and address current employee concerns. The human resources department is responsible for finding talented workforce and placing them in suitable positions within the Bank. 
  • Coordinate and facilitate programs within respective rounds for staff assigned there. Plan and implement new programs according to new requirements. In addition, there will be other functions such as management/implementation of programs run by the Central Office, overall monitoring of programs, management of logistical requirements, ensuring timely submission of MIS, contributing content development section for question banks and e-learning. module, ongoing program management. Update instructions for learners/instructors, etc. 
  • Connect and track affiliates and participants/absentees for training program participation and resolve queries/monitor attendance tracking to ensure all employees qualify for completion Mandatory training course (VILT+ELT) within the term. 
  •  Provide monthly learning data and dashboards of instructor-led programs on time. Create daily dashboards and GIS for the CO-focused program and region, and share it with all regions for tracking. Create employee master data/GIS/Dashboards/Area Presentations for regular tracking and meetings with business and HR stakeholders. 
  • Ensure identification of new arrivals and 100% invitation for new arrivals to mandatory onboarding programs based on their role. Send training invitations at least 15 days before the program. 
  •  Handling requests from Agencies and Audit Departments. et cetera. on training data for the Northern region. Maintain records of all training programs conducted during the course by the instructor. 
  • Deploy and participate in Data-Tech projects and other projects assigned by the central office. 
  • Ensure that all training invoices provided by instructors in the hotel are processed in TAT.
