The MS Engineer is in charge of proactively detecting and fixing technical issues and incidents in order to provide a service to clients. By means of proactive service incident and resolution initiatives, in addition to product

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Ascertain that the customer site's allocated infrastructure is set up, installed, tested, and functional.
  • Make the required inspections, use monitoring software, and react to notifications.
  • Recognize issues and mistakes before or when they arise, and promptly record all occurrences with the necessary amount of information. Assist in the assignment, analysis, and escalation of support calls.
  • Examine assigned third-line support calls to find the source of events and issues.
  • If required, report and escalate problems to third-party vendors.
  • Assist clients with on-site technical assistance and field engineering services.
  • Every month, randomly examine events and service requests; assess the results and provide recommendations for quality improvement.
  • Update all systems and/or portals and give clients and impacted parties ongoing feedback.as advised by NTT.
  • Determine job optimization options proactively, especially those involving task automation.

Competencies, Attributes, and Knowledge:
  • Ability to collaborate and connect with people from various social groupings and cultures
  • the capacity to schedule tasks and projects far in ahead while accounting for any changes in conditions
  • Ability to stay upbeat at work Ability to perform well under pressure Ability to work hard and put in extra hours when required Ability to use active listening strategies, such as paraphrasing the message to ensure understanding, asking follow-up questions, and avoiding interruptions Ability to adjust to changing conditions
