JOB DESCRIPTION :

The SBI Clerk (Junior Associates) is working as the Single Window Operator (SWO) and they have been playing a major role in looking after the day-to-day activities of the bank. More specifically, the SBI Clerks are responsible for client-related operations and interactions.

The major role of an SBI Clerk includes front desk jobs as well as customer handling operations. The Junior Associates will be trained, so that they can manage the inquiries of the customers, solve the withdrawal-related queries, manage the receipts, etc.
