JOB DESCRIPTION :
Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer & Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content for various projects, ensuring that the final output aligns with our brand vision and objectives. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, artistic flair, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Production:
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of purposes, including promotional videos, tutorials, interviews, and social media content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals, objectives, and messaging requirements.
- Ensure that video content consistently aligns with the brand guidelines and communicates the intended message effectively.
2. Equipment Management:
- Manage and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, recommending equipment upgrades or additions as needed.
3. Storyboarding and Planning:
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects in collaboration with the creative team.
- Plan and organize shoots, including locations, props, and talent coordination.
4. Post-Production:
- Edit and assemble raw footage, ensuring that the final product meets quality standards.
- Add visual effects, sound, graphics, and other enhancements to create engaging and polished videos.
- Review and adjust content based on feedback from stakeholders.
5. Content Organization:
- Maintain an organized library of video assets, ensuring easy accessibility for future projects.
- Archive and backup raw footage and edited files to prevent data loss.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, communications, and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, animators, and other creative professionals to enhance video content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of videography techniques, lighting, and audio recording.
- Knowledge of industry-standard equipment and a commitment to staying updated on technological advancements.
- Creative mindset with the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling narratives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in videography and video editing roles, preferably in a professional setting.
