Welocalize is looking for an English speaker in India to contribute to our client's projects as a Search Quality Assessor. In this role, you will leverage your intuitive understanding of human motivation to improve the user experience of online search engines. Our main goal is to refine and enrich the AI data, which essentially involves providing subjective and objective evaluations according to project guidelines and standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Working hours: Flexible, minimum 10 hours per week, maximum 25 hours per week (please plan your tasks according to your availability, including weekends and evenings)
Compensation rate: Varies depending on work
Start date: Immediately
Employment type: Freelance/individual contract
The amount of work will vary depending on the project requirements.
Note: Candidates with current or previous experience as an "Advertising Quality Assessor" are not eligible to participate in this project. However, if you have the expertise, we recommend exploring the possibilities with our advertising evaluation department.
- Native speaker fluency
- Deeply understand Indian popular culture
- We are not involved in other search projects or advertising evaluation projects (e.g., Internet Evaluators, Advertising Evaluators, etc.) and are involved exclusively in the Search Quality Evaluation Program.
- We have no past or present experience with "ad quality evaluation."
- Prior knowledge of evaluating search quality or having passed a suitability test for the position is acceptable.
- The “Search Quality Evaluator” is the only representative of the family.
- Knowledge of web navigation and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional online research skills
- Reliable computer system and internet connection
- Up-to-date antivirus software (given the nature of internet surfing involved in work)
- Ability to understand instructions in English and adhere to project conventions and rules established by the client.
- Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect customer confidentiality
- Successful completion of training and rigorous quality assessment by customer before work begins
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
