JOB DESCRIPTION :
BE/B.Tech in Computer Engineering·5+ years of related professional experience in total·Strong knowledge of RedHat Linux and Java systems
•Experience with Amazon Web Services infrastructure desired
•Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, an asset but not required
•Experience with business-critical software is essential, with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) a strong asset.
•Experience operating, troubleshooting and long-term upgrades of enterprise software is an advantage • Willing to work as part of a 24/5 NA team.
•Excellent written and verbal communication and customer management skills
• Outstanding ability to demonstrate genuine concern, anticipate needs and respond to customer needs.
•Experience with automation tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Git is preferred
•Experience with Chef/Puppet/Saltstack is preferred.
•Nice to have scripting skills in Bash/Ruby/Python.
