JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Collaborate with your team and other engineers to track and coordinate solutions created as part of the various streams of the program.  
  • Agile She works on large-scale programs as part of a team, supporting design, architecture, and improvement, with a focus on optimizing business processes and finding business and technical alignment across multiple therapeutic areas wherever possible.   • Drives continuous improvement and measurement of innovation in Salesforce Health Cloud-based patient support services solutions with a patient-centric vision. 
  • Lead a collaborative team working with other areas of the digital domain to ensure all solutions are complete, functional and compliant with business processes, meeting business needs with agreed quality of service. 
  • Responsible for end-to-end product solutions and corporate model compliance throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Conduct and participate in peer review and quality assurance of project design/architecture deliverables across the digital team. Report key decisions and impacts in architecture governance forums. Collaborates with digital teams (architecture, security, compliance, infrastructure, data, etc.), business analysts, and agile teams to understand patient needs and develop solutions in a timely and compliant manner. 
  • Work closely with the agile pod team to review user stories, datasets, documentation, and business rules to provide functional and technical approval. 
  • Based on competency profiles, identify and communicate appropriate resource requirements and work breakdown structures to identify the best fit to complete the end-to-end solution design, and collaborate with program managers to plan and develop the project. 
  • Make sure your finances match your design. Participate in the supplier selection process, evaluate product benefits and costs, and make appropriate recommendations. Implement (and create) standards, policies, and processes to ensure patient quality. 
  • Bring product and project knowledge back to the corporate team and ensure it evolves correctly. Ensures technology solutions align with patient service architecture principles and target states. Evaluates and recommends new technologies for patient support solutions. 
  • Responsible for ensuring the integrity and privacy of protected health information (PHI). Ensures patient services agile DevOps architecture implementation is compliant and consistently aligned with team strategy.

Extensive experience with Agile development, preferably as a Salesforce Engineer specializing in Salesforce technologies (Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Shield, Data Masking, Managed Packages), Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (AutoRABIT Release Manager and Vault/Copada).
