JOB DESCRIPTION :
2021, 2022, and 2023 for 3-year degree programs (UG full-time degrees). Candidates who have secured 50% in X, XII, Diploma or UG. Available only to Indian nationals. Provide front-line technical support and assistance to end users, address IT-related issues and inquiries, log and track all support tickets, and ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of issues. . Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime, and collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues for quick resolution.
